Hi, I'm JonahLisa!

AKA Lisa Scheinkopf. But I respond to both. My passion is helping people learn how to remove their barriers to achieving much more of what matters to them.

I've spent the last 30+ years helping leaders and teams and organizations make step change performance improvements.

And now I'm thrilled to make available what I've learned to you through Jenrada.

My Story

I founded Jenrada LLC in 2019  after more than 30 years in the TOC consulting and training field, which culminated in 14 years as a Partner with Goldratt Consulting. There, I led the company’s consulting practice in North America and India and headed the Goldratt School.

I was fortunate to have Dr Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of Theory of Constraints (TOC), as my mentor for 25 years. A highlight of that time was working closely with him on the development of the TOC Thinking Process. My book, “Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use,” was personally endorsed by Dr. Goldratt and has a 4.6/5 star customer rating on Amazon.

I've worked with hundreds of leaders, change makers and companies around the world to radically increase performance by creating an environment of innovation, inspiration, and harmony.

I earned my Masters in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management, was awarded the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, and I'm an adjunct professor at Washington State University.

I keep myself busy, but there is always time for my husband, family, friends, community and fun.
